A standard 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home would require about 2 hours for a regular clean.

A regular clean would include,

 

KITCHEN 

Wiping over all countertops, appliances, tiles,  stove top and exterior of cupboards.
Clean  the sink and tapware, vacuuming and mopping floors. Bins if they require emptying and cleaning. 

BATHROOM AND TOILET

A clean of the exterior of the vanity, sink and shower, all tapware and tiles, clean the mirror. Empty and clean bins if required. Clean of the whole exterior of the toilet, cistern and bowl. Wipe over tiles.

vaccum and mop floors.

 

BEDROOMS

Dusting and wiping over surfaces required , vaccuming and mopping floors. 
changing linen if required.

 

DINING ROOM

wiping over table and accessible surfaces 

vacuuming and mopping 

 

LOUNGE ROOM

wiping over accessible surfaces 

vacuuming and mopping floors

 

ENTRY AND ALL OTHER AREAS

general tidying and vaccum and mop floors

 

this would require about 2 hours. If a more in depth clean is required or you require a deep clean of big appliances such as a fridge or oven then generally an extra hour will be required and these things can be caught up over the coming months as required.
